Established in 2001 by a Berkshire based Estate Agent, we became an independent business in 2012 with our Head Office in Maidenhead and Mortgage Advisers located across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Essex & Surrey.

We offer whole of market mortgage advice across all mortgage products from standard residential mortgages to BTL, Equity Release and Help to Buy.

Through our sister Company The Insurance Room every client is informed of the risks involved in taking out a loan and the solutions available to them.

We believe in investing in both our firm and the wider Industry and with this in mind we established The Mortgage Required Academy.

The Academy has successfully trained and qualified 15 Mortgage Advisers and 5 Protection Specialists who all remain in the industry.  

We are proud to have been recognised for our achievements winning a number of awards including SBG Mortgage Firm of the year in both 2014 and 2020.

Tracy Gordon

Director of Operations & Compliance at Mortgage Required

Tracy has extensive experience within the mortgage industry spanning a 30-year successful career.

She has used this experience to build the award-winning Mortgage Required Academy, which to date has seen 25 highly trained Mortgage Advisers and Protection Specialists graduate.

Tracy’s goal is simple: A progressive brokerage, delivering first class customer service with a highly engaged workforce who believe in being a strong positive presence in the community.
