Haydn is the CEO at Cornerstone Finance Group having previously been the firm’s Chief Commercial Officer. He is responsible for leading the long-term strategic plan of the group and has overall responsibility for the performance of The Cornerstone Network.

With 25 years’ experience in Financial Services within NatWest/RBS Haydn has expertise in commercial finance and held senior positions within both the Retail and Commercial divisions of the Bank. Haydn has a reputation for developing long lasting relationships with clients and building high performing teams that are focused on providing outstanding service.

Phil has over 30 years’ experience in the UK financial services sector with extensive experience in recruitment, performance, and sales management within mortgage and protection networks.

As Director of Network Growth, Phil is responsible for recruitment of new members as well as promoting best practices and processes to help mortgage & protection advisers grow and develop their businesses.
