I joined the financial services industry in 2002 and gained experience at several employers before joining Chartwell Funding in 2015 as Sales Director. I was recruited to grow the Company’s reputation in the emerging markets and to ensure we became recognised as industry experts in the more specialist areas of finance. Our aim was to do a better job for the people who need help the most - but tend to get the poorest service and charged the highest fees. We now have a great offering in the Specialist mortgage sector of the market and have created relationships with other mortgage brokers who do not want to work in these areas. Outside of work Mark is a keen Bristol Rovers supporter and a football coach for his son’s teams.
